2/9 + 6/9 = 8/9 in my world
Hey, to add or subtract fractions you need a common denominator
for example
4/7 - 3/6
7 is a prime number so we will have to use
7 * 6 = 42

(4/7)(6/6) = 24/42
(3/6)(7/7) = 21/42
now what is 24 -21?
three
so
3/42 which is 1/14

Please stop guessing and try to do the problems.
They are not guessing. I think they are really trying and might just have a hard time doing this subject.
