1.2.1.1. Job satisfaction refers to an individual's evaluation of their overall satisfaction with their job or work environment. It encompasses various aspects such as the work itself, co-workers, supervisors, pay, and opportunities for growth and advancement (Noe et al., 2020, p. 183).

1.2.1.2. Organizational commitment refers to an individual's emotional attachment and loyalty towards their organization. It reflects their willingness to exert effort on behalf of the organization and desire to remain a part of it (Noe et al., 2020, p. 188).

1.2.2. In evaluating the level of satisfaction in my group, I have observed that there is a high level of satisfaction among the members. For example, everyone seems to enjoy the work assigned to them and actively participates in discussions and decision-making processes. The members also express positive attitudes towards each other's ideas and provide support when needed. Overall, there is a sense of contentment and enthusiasm within the group.

1.2.3. After interviewing each member of the group, it was found that we have different types of commitment to the group:

- Lerato displays normative commitment. She believes that she has no choice but to work with us as we were assigned to the group, and she sees this group as the only means to pass the module. She actively participates in group activities and completes her assigned tasks on time.

- Thabo exhibits affective commitment. He is emotionally attached to the group and genuinely enjoys working with us. He actively seeks opportunities to contribute to the group's success and shows loyalty towards the group by putting in extra effort to ensure its objectives are achieved.

- Sarah demonstrates continuance commitment. She perceives that staying with the group is beneficial for her personal development and growth. She believes that leaving the group would result in losing out on the knowledge and skills she can gain from collaborating with the group members. Therefore, she remains committed to the group despite occasional challenges or conflicts.

Overall, these examples highlight the different types of commitment within the group, indicating a diverse range of motivations and levels of attachment to the group.
