The rules for the order of operation states
BEDMAS
-> brackets first
-> exponents
-> division and multiplication in the order that they appear
-> addition and subtraction in the order that they appear
so....
= (-1/2)+3/5/[3/10]
= (-1/2) + (3/5)/(3/10)
= (-1/2) +(3/5)(10/3)
= -1/2 + 2
= 3/2 or 1.5
It appears that Wolfram agrees with me
